WEB DESK: Pakistan’s snooker king, Muhammad Asif, has claimed another world title by defeating his Indian opponent in the IBSF (International Billiards & Snooker Federation) World Masters Snooker Championship final.
The final of the IBSF World Masters Snooker Championship, held in Bahrain, saw Muhammad Asif beat India’s Brijesh Damani with a score of 4-3.
The Pakistan-India clash in the World Masters final was highly intense. Both players delivered a thrilling contest in every frame.
After taking a two-frame lead, Asif’s opponent Brijesh Damani won three consecutive frames. However, Asif made a comeback from a 2-3 deficit, leveling the score and winning the decisive frame.
Muhammad Asif’s victory scores were 98-37, 75-55, 0-80, 49-52, 41-64, 91-29, and 78-9.
