Islamabad: Chief Justice Justice Yahya Afridi led bench refused the hearing an appeal against the verdict on the auction of Bahria Town properties while the hearing adjourned till indefinite period.
The CJ remarked that it will be appropriate that previous bench itself hear the case.
The counsel of the Baria Town said that Islamabad High Court (IHC) detailed verdict has surfaced and he will present an additional expositions.
The court allowed the counsel submitting the additional explanations.
Justice Amin led three-member bench had conducted the last hearing .
During the course of the hearing the Supreme Court had rejected giving stay order to the Bahria town over its properties auction.
