Karachi: The University road from Al-Mustafa Hospital from one side and other from Federal Urdu University to Nipa round about has been closed for the traffic owing to submersion of the road from sewerage water.
According to the traffic police, the University road from the Al-Mustafa Hospital has been flooded with sewerage water interrupting the traffic flow on the road.
Due to the inundation of the sewerage water on the road, the traffic has been diverted through service lane.
On September 15, sewerage water from a rain stream spread on the University road after the stream overflowed .
The sewerage water brought a complete disruption in the traffic flow at the peak timing of the day on the road where people have been already facing disturbance owing to the construction work of Red Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.
