BAJAUR: A tragic explosion in the Laghrai Mamond area of Bajaur has left three children dead and four others wounded, police reported on Saturday.
Authorities stated that the incident was caused by a shell explosion. The injured victims were promptly transported to the Headquarters Hospital in Khar for medical treatment.
Police officials confirmed that an investigation into the blast is currently underway to determine the cause and source of the explosive device.
The children who lost their lives were identified as Fawad (18), Jawad (15), and Sajjad (13).
