Islamabad: Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Athar Minallah of the Supreme Court has resigned from his position following the 27th Constitutional Amendment.
As per detail, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Athar Minallah two senior judges of the Supreme Court, sent their resignation letter, consisting of 13 pages, to the President of Pakistan.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah expressed concerns over the 27th Constitutional Amendment and had previously written two letters to Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Yakhya Aftab Shah, regarding his reservations on the matter.
