ISLAMABAD: A noticeable decrease in petroleum product prices is anticipated starting December 1.

Similarly, the price of kerosene oil is projected to fall by 73 paisas, and light diesel oil by Rs 6.35 per litre.
The oil industry has finalized its calculations regarding these proposed adjustments and submitted them to OGRA. Based on these figures, OGRA is preparing a summary of the revised prices, which will be sent to the Ministry of Finance tomorrow.
The Ministry of Finance is set to announce the updated petroleum product prices on November 30, with the new rates taking effect from December 1 and remaining in place for the subsequent 15 days.
As reported, the ministry will also seek input from the prime minister before officially making the announcement.
