BHC announces major administrative reshuffle of judicial officers

QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has issued a directive for a significant reshuffle among senior judicial officers, involving transfers and new postings across various districts.

As per the official order, Nasir Khan Yousafzai, the District and Sessions Judge of Kuchlak, has been appointed as the Registrar (B-22) of the Balochistan High Court.

In another move, Registrar Abdul Qayyum Lehri has been transferred to serve as District and Sessions Judge in Barkhan. The reshuffle also includes district-level changes: Zafarullah Bazai, previously District and Sessions Judge of Kharan, has been assigned to Sariab, while Inayatullah Kakar, the incumbent in Sariab, has been transferred to Kharan.

Muhammad Ali Kakar, who was serving as District and Sessions Judge in Barkhan, has been posted as District and Sessions Judge in Uthal. Meanwhile, Zahoor Ahmed Lango, who was acting as District and Sessions Judge Uthal, has now been officially appointed as Additional District and Sessions Judge in Uthal.

Furthermore, the court has assigned the additional responsibility of District and Sessions Judge Kuchlak to the District and Sessions Judge of Quetta, in an effort to streamline judicial operations.
