LAHORE: The FIA Special Central Court in Lahore has granted bail to three officers from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) implicated in a bribery investigation involving prominent Pakistani YouTuber Ducky Bhai.
Bail was approved for NCCIA officials Assistant Director Mujtaba, Inspector Ali Raza, and Sub-Inspector Asar Gujjar. Each was directed to submit a surety bond of one hundred thousand rupees.
Conversely, the court declined the bail plea of another accused, Salman Aziz. Advocate Mohsin Cheema, representing the defense, contended that the accused individuals were not involved in the bribery charges.
The defense further asserted that the case revolves around extortion claims, with no complainants or victims stepping forward to substantiate the allegations.
