ISLAMABAD: The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has issued a set of updated instructions for candidates appearing in the upcoming CSS 2026 written examinations, scheduled to start on February 4.
In an official notice, the FPSC emphasized the importance of ensuring that all candidates’ national identity cards or passports are valid and up-to-date prior to the exam day. The commission clarified that no expired identification documents will be accepted for entry into the exam centers.
Candidates are also advised to arrive at their designated examination halls at least 50 minutes before the exam begins to complete the necessary formalities. Additionally, the FPSC reiterated that bringing extra materials, such as stencils, into the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
These new instructions complement the existing guidelines issued earlier for the CSS 2026 exams. Candidates are required to adhere to all the directives to ensure a smooth examination process.
