Former senator Mushtaq Ahmad announces Gaza solidarity march from Khyber to Karachi

ISLAMABAD: Former senator and Pakistan Rights Movement leader Mushtaq Ahmad Khan has announced a nationwide Gaza solidarity march that will start from Khyber and conclude in Karachi on March 29.

Speaking at a press conference in Peshawar, he said the purpose of the march is to show support for the people of Gaza and draw attention to the ongoing humanitarian crisis there.

Mushtaq Ahmad Khan stated that they stand with Mojtaba Khamenei in opposition to the United States, claiming that both the United States and Israel have already been defeated in their conflict with Iran.

He also voiced concern over restrictions imposed around Al-Aqsa Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan, describing the situation as deeply troubling for Muslims across the world.

The former senator criticized the Gaza Peace Board, calling it fraudulent and alleging that Indonesia had already withdrawn from it. He urged Pakistan to follow suit and immediately exit the board. According to him, attacks on Iran and Lebanon occurred after the board held its first meeting.

QAdditionally, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan urged Pakistan to support Iran while simultaneously improving diplomatic relations with Afghanistan.

He further highlighted the high number of children killed in Gaza and accused Israel of using starvation as a method of warfare.
