KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded modestly on Thursday, gaining Rs600 per tola after a steep drop a day earlier, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.
The price of gold reached Rs435,036 per tola, up from Rs434,436 on Wednesday. The 10-gram rate also increased by Rs515 to Rs372,973.
The recovery followed Wednesday’s decline, when gold lost Rs3,100 per tola. The price of 10 grams had fallen by Rs2,658 to Rs372,458.
Silver moved lower on Wednesday, dropping Rs100 per tola to Rs6,488.
