Peshawar: At least seven policemen were injured when a roadside bomb went off at Darmangi on Warsak Road in Peshawar.
According to sources, the blast targeted rapid response force team, which was on routine patrolling in the area. As a result seven police officials were wounded. Soon after the blast police and rescue officials rushed to the spot to carry out rescue operation.
The injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital, where the condition of two of the injured are said to be critical.
Meanwhile, security forces cordoned off the area and started search operation.
