Lahore: Prime Minister Special Assistant on accountability Shahzad Akbar has said that Nawaz Sharif has been given punishment on corruption and money laundering instead of his iqama.
Addressing a presser in Lahore, Shahzad Akbar said that Nawaz Sharif, his children and team all are liars adding that Nawaz Sharif concealed his assets, corruption and money laundering while he was shown doors on corruption and money laundering instead of his iqama.
He said that responsible are being determined involved in loss inflicted in the broadsheet case.
The special assistant questioned that why the PML-N leaders like, Nawaz Sharif, Khawaja Asif and Ahsan Iqbal have iqamas.
He apprised that Ishaq Dar in England has applied for asylum on political basis while we have asked England to handover him to Pakistan.
Shahzad Akbar expressed his wish for hearing of the foreign funding case on a daily basis adding that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) presented each and every account in the Election Commission of Pakistan.
