Lahore: Expressing his resolve Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar on Tuesday said that every possible step will be taken to provide relief to masses while he declared the PDM an alliance of disappointed and rejected elements.
Senior Minister Punjab Abdul Aleem Khan called on the CM to discuss wheat, flour stocks its prices and political situation.
Abdul Aleem Khan apprised about wheat, flour stocks and its prices and performance of his ministry while the CM expressing his satisfaction on stock of wheat, flour and its prices said that Punjab is the only province where a sack of 20 Kg of flour is available on a fixed rate. He said that timely decisions of the government brought stability in the prices of flour.
He said that providing relief to masses is the joint responsibility and an obligation as well adding that he will not allowed anyone to exploit the masses of the province.
Criticising the opposition, the CM Punjab said that the opposition just wanted protection of their personal interests adding that the opposition parties totally neglected the national interests.
He said that those who plundered the nation can not mislead them while he said that the opposition negative role is regrettable.
The CM said that the opposition should know they can’t serve the masses through their statements.
