Islamabad: A plea has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to get production orders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Khawaja Asif.
The PML-N leader Rana Tanveer Hussain filed petition in the IHC for the production orders of Khawaja Asif. Secretary National Assembly and others have been made respondents.
The petition opined that it is right of Speaker to issue production orders under the NA business law clause 108 adding that the Speaker can issue the production in a bailable crime.
The plea prayed to the court to order respondents to allow petitioner to participate in the NA session.
