Sindh Govt and Businessmen Agreed To Increase Business Timings

Karachi: Former president of Karachi Chambers of commerce and industry Zubair Motiwala has demanded the Sindh government to allow markets to open from 12 pm to and close at 12 am night.

According to details, Zubair Motiwala on Tuesday contacted spokesman of Sindh government Murtaza Wahab and provincial education minister Saeed Ghani. They talked about closure of markets and its timings.

Zubair Motiwala demanded the provincial government to grant permission to Karachi traders to do buisness between 12 pm afternoon to 12 am night.

He said that due to coronavirus business community faced heavy loses previous year. He said that businesses of traders will bankrupt through particular timings and closure of the markets.

Saeed Ghani and Murtaza Wahab assured Zubair Motiwala to present problems of the buisness community to the Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah.

After talks with the provincial minister, Zubair Motiwalla apprised that it is agreed that buisness timings will be increased from 15th fast or (15 rozay) while it also agreed that buisnesses will be closed for one day only.

He informed that Representatives of the business community will implement SOPs regarding coronavirus in the markets while provincial ministers after consultation with the Chief Minister Sindh will hold final talks with the business community.
