ISLAMABAD: Senior Vice President PML-N Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has termed the government’s economic survey as unnecessary and questioned why the PTI government was generating expensive electricity from diesel.
Addressing a news conference at the PML-N party secretariat in Islamabad, senior vice-president Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the government’s economic survey was not much needed as the people of the country were suffering from the worst load shedding today.
Children are fainting in schools all over Islamabad, this is the situation in the capital, what will happen in the rest of the country. The government is incompetent and it has been appointed the seventh minister in the energy ministry. The previous minister kept crying that Nawaz Sharif created expensive surplus electricity.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that Wall Street General says that we have taken a loan from IMF through security deals, half of the electricity available in the country was generated by Nawaz Sharif, if we did not generate electricity. So the people get only eight hours of electricity. He further said that these rulers are ignorant of the problems of the people, the rulers came by stealing the election of two thousand and eighteen, they are aware of the problems of the people and cannot solve them.
