Lahore: Punjab Minister for Health Dr Yasmin Rashid has diagnosed with omicron variant of coronavirus.
According to Ministry of Health Punjab, the omicron virus, a variant of coronavirus, confirmed in the minister through variation detection kits.
The health department said that Dr. Yasmin Rashid is out of danger.
The provincial health ministry apprised that as many as 90 percent cases of coronavirus are being confirmed as omicron virus in the province.
The ministry urged the citizens that they must adhere to precautionary measures to avoid the virus.
