KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a bullish trend on Monday, with the benchmark index gaining 296.77 points, a positive change of 0.66 points to close at 45,374.68.
The benchmark KSE-100 Index remained in the green throughout the session, registering its intraday high at 45,462.62 after accumulating 384.71 points. It settled higher by 296.77 points at 45,374.68.
A total of 251,682,734 shares, valuing Rs8.563, were traded during the day compared to the trade of 258,912,326 shares worth Rs 8.125, the previous day.
