Peshawar: A major accused in the murder of anti-terrorism court judge Aftab Afridi, his wife, his daughter in law and her infant child was arrested from Swabi.
According to District Police Officer (DPO) Swabi, the police have arrested the accused from premises of the court after his bail before arrest cancelled.
The accused, Danish Afriedi , is son of ex-president Supreme Court Bar Association Abdul Lateef Afridi , who murdered anti-terrorism court judge Aftab Afridi, his wife, his daughter in law and her infant child near Swabi inter-change on April 4 last year.
Danish Afridi was wanted to the police in the murder of the anti-terrorism court judge Aftab Afridi and his family.
