Islamabad: A local court in Islamabad on Friday has approved a bail of senior journalist Mohsin Baig Mirza over the charges of illegal possession of arm.
Judicial Magistrate of Islamabad, Waqar Hussain Gondal has approved the bail after the arrest of journalist Mohsin Baig Mirza in the case pertaining to having possession of illegal arm.
Defense counsel in his arguments said that the police station Margala has registered a case number 87 of having illegal possession against Mohsin Baig Mirza adding that article of the case is a bailable crime, henceforth his bail be approved.
After hearing the arguments the court approved the bail of Mohsin Baig Mirza with Rs 30000 bounds.
