Neither PPP Offered Ministries To MQM-P Nor MQM-P Demanded: Saeed Ghani

Islamabad: Provincial Information Minister Sindh Saeed Ghani apprising about the yesterday meeting of PPP and MQM-P leadership in Islamabad, said that neither the MQM-P asked for ministries from the provincial government nor we did any such offer.

Holding a presser in Islamabad, Saeed Ghani said that Sindh suffers with the fight between PPP and MQM-P adding that the matters can be improved with extending cooperation with the MQM-P in future.

The Minister said that like Muhatarma Benazir Bhutto, he believes that no talks can be held with the MQM-P’s militant wing.

He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is saying a no-confidence motion as an international conspiracy while it was found in the foreign funding case that Jews and Hindus funded the PTI.

He said it was a conspiracy against the country that Imran Khan has been forced on Pakistan.

He said that we did accept demands of the MQM-P regarding local body law.

Earlier, a MQM-P delegation had called on PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari yesterday while country’s political situation were discussed in the meeting.

PPP leaders Yosuf Raza Gillani, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, provincial minister for local body Sindh, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, Sharjeel Memon, Rukhsana Bangash were present at the occasion.

The MQM-P delegation included Amir Khan, Khalid Maqbool Siddique, Federal Minister For IT Amin Ul Haque, Waseem Akhtar, Khawaja Izhar and Javed Hanif.

The PPP and MQM-P delegations agreed to work together for the wider interest of the country. The PPP leadership agreed on all the points presented by the MQM-P.
