Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said that a reference will be filed in the top court for the interpretation of article 63 (A) and the opinion of the court will be sought over changing loyalties and horse trading.

Elaborating further, the minister said that the court opinion will be sought that if members of a party involve in horse trading and change their loyalties for sake of money so what will be status of their votes.?
