Karachi: Pakistan Stock Exchange has negative trend on start of the week.
The PSX is trading at 46, 536 after a decrease of 64 pionts.
On the other hand, dollar price after continuous fall increased by 35 paisa on Monday whereas greenback is trading at Rs 181.55 to 181, 90 in the interbank market.
On last day of the week Friday, the Pakistan Stock Exchange continued its bullish momentum to end the weekend on a positive note after the end of political crisis and the upcoming corporate earnings season.
The benchmark KSE 100-index gained 117.11 points (0.25%) and closed at 46,601.54 points. The total volume of share was 168.214 million valued at Rs6.160 billion. The lower bench KSE-30 index gained 6.61 points (0.04%) and closed at 17,906.20 points. The total volume of shares was 142.610 million.
