ISLAMABAD: IG Motorway Police Inam Ghani has been removed from office
According to sources, Inam Ghani of Police Service Grade 21 has been directed to report to Establishment Division and Khalid Mahmood of Police Service Grade 21 has been given temporary charge of IG Motorway. Khalid Mehmood was serving in the Motorway Police.
Inam Ghani hails from Malakand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He joined the Pakistan Police Service as ASP in 1989. He belongs to the 17th Common of the Police Service of Pakistan. Early in his career, Inam Ghani served at CSA and National Police Academy Islamabad. Inam Ghani has also held key positions in the FIA and IB.
