Islamabad: Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar today said that the real value of dollar is below Rs 200 and in next days it will decrease to less than 200.
In an interview to private news channel, the newly appointed Finance Minister said that the present value of dollar is not real.
Ishaq Dar said that the real value of the greenback is lower than Rs 200 and it will decrease to less than Rs 200.
The Minister said that internationally the US dollar is strong at this time but through our policies we will bring down its price lower than Rs 200.
He said that the Statistics Bureau is an independent institution which doesn’t conduct manipulation.
He said that in the past he used to say to the opposition parties to sign a charter of economy adding that he is dominant on nerve of Imran Khan and it’s team.
It is pertinent to mention here that depreciation of dollar against rupee is continued as the dollar depreciated by Rs 1.16 and closed at Rs 227.29 in inter-bank market today while the dollar rate remained stable at a price of Rs 230 in the open market today.
