Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal says the government saved the country from getting default by taking difficult decisions.
Addressing a seminar in Lahore on Thursday, he stressed on political stability and continuity of policies for a prosperous Pakistan.
He said government is committed to transform Pakistan into an export-led economy and government will make a national center of excellence to strengthen the construction industry of country.
Ahsan Iqbal asked the construction industry to adopt modern technology and the latest techniques so that this industry could also be made an instrument of export-led growth.
