Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) member of National Assembly (NA) Muhammad Ashraf has been arrested from Lahore.
Anti-Corruption Punjab has arrested the MNA from NA-161 Sahiwal on allegations of occupation of government land. While Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has condemned the arrest of the MNA.
The PM said that the PTI till date is following the path of political revenge adding that this path of the PTI caused irreparable damage to the country and the people.
The Prime Minister said at the behest of Imran Khan, anti-corruption Punjab is being used for political revenge.
The Prime Minister said on the pattern of Like NAB and FIA, using Anti-Corruption Punjab against political opponents is very sad and condemnable.
The premier said that there is need in the country to concentrate on resolving the problems.
