Islamabad: Atrocity has crossed limits as a video has surfaced regarding torture on special children in National Special Education Center (NSEC) for hearing impaired children situated in Islamabad’s Sector H-9.
Abbtakk News has gotten the video of torture on special children in which torture on the special children can be seen clearly.
It is also witnessed that torture on special children on different timings during the day. The school staff is involved in torture on the special children of the center.
On the other hand NSEC was contacted to know their point of view on torture on the special children of their institute.
While no any official of the NSEC wanted to talk on the matter.
