Karachi: Co-chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Zardari has reached Karachi from Dubai today.
Asif Zardari has reached Karachi in a special plane while he will hold various meet-ups at Bilawal house today.
The PPP co-chairman is in touch with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif, lifetime supremo of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) after the Supreme Court of Pakistan verdict in the elections delay case.
He has gone to Dubai for his treatment. Mr Zardari remained in Dubai for a month for the treatment of his eyes.
The SC in its verdict annulled the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) decision taken on March 2 in which the elections in Punjab and KP delayed to October 8.
The top court has ordered the ECP to hold elections in Punjab on May 14.
