An audio tape allegedly involving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) women leaders has leaked online, revealing their conversation regarding May 9 attack on the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
In the audio clip, former PTI MPA from Punjab Farah Agha could purportedly be heard discussing the attack with leaders of the party’s women wing.
She could be heard telling a worker named Sabreena that she was going to the GHQ as “Mam Kanwal” (former MNA Kanwal Shozab) had said so. She purportedly said Ms Shozab was also going there.
Ms Agha’s alleged conversation with another women wing’s leader Farkhanda also leaked online, wherein the former could purportedly be heard telling that clashes were under way between PTI workers and police near Saddar area.
