Karachi: Renowned actor Shakeel Ahmed passed away today, he was 85 years old, sources said.
Legendary actor has been hospitalized in a private hospital for a few days. Actor Shakeel has left behind sorrowful a son, daughter and a widow.

The actor got fame after acting in 1970’s play “uncle urfi” written by legendary writer Hasina Moeen. He has shown his mettle of acting in the classic comedy drama “Angan Terha” in the role of Mahboob Ahmed.

He is also known for his philanthropic activities.
His real name was Yousuf Kamal.
