Islamabad: Government has appointed presidents of National Bank of Pakistan and Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), sources said.
The government has designated Rehmat Ullah Hassni as a President of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), sources said.
Moreover, Tahir Yaqoob Bhatthi has been appointed as President of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), sources said.
The government has taken approval of the appointments from the federal cabinet through a circulation.
The position of presidents have been vacant for one years.
Both the presidents of the government banks have been appointed for three years.
