Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday approved protective bail to a wife of civil judge Somia Asim over brutally torturing 14-year-old maid Rizwana.
Justice Farooq Haider of the LHC heared the petition of protecitve bail.
Somia Asim, such a cruel woman who subjected to torture to her house help as she is in critical condition in the Lahore General Hospital, has been given protective bail.
The LHC has ordered the police not to arrest the wife of the civil judge till August 1.
The girl, Rizwana tortured by the family of the civil judge Asim Hafeez is receiving treatment at the General Hospital Lahore.
The hospital 12-member board has submitted its report to the Punjab government. As per the report, owing to severe torture no circulation of blood is going on the in the girl body while her liver is severely effected.
According to the report the girl blood pressure is constantly dropping due to infection and child mental health is no more stable.
The unfortunate girl can’t able to speak owing to fear and severe wounds while the girl body has swollen due to torture and severe torture, the report stated.
Owing to severely bad health conditions, the girl is not able to eat and drink for which food tube is linked to the girl.
The medical report apprised that white, red blood cells and platelets have reduced too much adding that both the shoulders of the girls are fractured.
The girl’s eyes are also effected owing to brutal torture.
The medical board has decided to conduct bone marrow biopsy of the girl.
