Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday rejected toshakhana case maintainability decision while the court ordered the trial court to hear the case again.
Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq pronounced the verdict which was reserved yesterday.
On petition for restoration of right of defence, the court issued notice for the nex week.
The IHC rejected Imran Khan request to transfer the case to another court, the court directed that Judge Dilawar Khan will hear the case again.
It also issued a notice on the application against the decision to reject the list of witnesses.
“Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar will hear the case,” the verdict read.
