Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Kit for upcoming World Cup 2023, which will be held in India from October 5 this year, unveiled today.
The kit has been given name of ‘Star Nation Jersey’ while the unveiling ceremony was held at Qaddafi Stadium Lahore.
Pakistan Cricket Board management committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf was chief guest. Addressing at the ocassion, Zaka Ashraf said that the kit was named Star Nation Jersey which carries green crescent flag and star while he expressed hope that this kit will cause win for the Pakistan Cricket Team in the World Cup 2023.
Zaka Ashraf said that the Pakistan cricket team will not only be successful in World Cup 2023 but it will also get victory in Asia Cup 2023.
The PCB management committee chairman said that while of the nation prayers are with their team.
He apprised that President and Vice-Presdient of Board of Cricket Control of India are coming to Pakistan while the Chief of Zimbabwe cricket board will also come to the country.
Zaka Ashraf informed that we had invited chiefs of all the cricket boards adding that we will host the Asia Cup casually.
