Islamabad: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) had demanded do more for power sector while the international lender demanded a written agreement with a five conditions.
The power sector system needs to be corrected adding that perks and privillages be withdrawn from Capto power producers. There is need to increase their gas tarrifs.
The fund also demanded implementation from July this year while Pakistan has requested respite for some time.
