Lahore: An anti-terrorism special court of Lahore on Monday extended the interim bails of Imran Khan sisters Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and Asad Umar till October 31 in the May 9 mayhem case.
The anti-terrorism special court heard the torching and vandalizing on May 9 cases against Imran Khan sisters and Asad Umar, former secretary general of the PTI.
The petitioner counsel argued that we have included in the investigation of the case, just let us know what progress made after our inclusion in the investigation.
To which, the government prosecutor in his arguments said that the investigation officers got heart attack, so could not present the record.
After which the court extending in the bails till October 31 and prorogued the case till than.
