PIA flights schedule likely to come normal as talks between PIA, PSO succeed

Karachi: A talks between Pakistan International Airline (PIA) and Pakistan State Oil (PSO) managements on ongoing crisis fuel crisis have borne fruit as negotiations succeed after which the PIA fuel crisis is likely to be solved.

Sources said that the PSO has agreed to increase petrol on credit from Rs 100 million to 500 million.
Hence in a few days supply of fuel will be started gradually.

Sources said that PIA management wanted to bring normalcy in international flight schedule for Istanbul and Toronto. After which local flights schedules will be normal gradually.

Spokesman of the government carrier confirming that normalcy will bring back in the effected schedules of PIA owing to fuel crisis. He added that hiups of PSO cooperated in resolving the matter.

It is permanent to know that the PSO had stopped supply of petrol to the PIA on non-payment of its dues. Owing to which the PIA had canceled its hundreds of its flights.
