Islamabad: President Dr. Arif Alvi and Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja agreed on the date of general elections on February 8, 2024
The President and the Chief Election Commissioner agreed on the date of the general elections. The general elections will be held on February 8, 2024 across the country. The Election Commission will inform the Supreme Court about the date of February 8 tomorrow. Under the leadership of Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja, the honorable members of the Election Commission met the President of Pakistan at the President’s House. In the meeting, it was unanimously decided that the election will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024. The President’s House also issued a declaration in this regard.
