Mohsin Akhtar Kayani Justice of the Islamabad High Court said that in the absence of the Chief Justice , administrative judge has the authority to mark the important case for the next day, despite marking the case, the administrative judge cannot constitute a bench for the hearing , the administrative judge only exercised the powers provided by the chief Justice.
Justice Islamabad High Court Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that the Administrative committee has the authority to run the administrative affairs of the Islamabad High Court, the Matter should be placed before the administrative committee to take the decision on it and fixed the power of Administrative Judge
