Accountability Court Islamabad had issued arrest warrant of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, NAB complied with the order of Accountability Court Islamabad. Islamabad Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Basheer heard the request of NAB Rawalpindi to comply with the arrest warrant of Chairman PTI. During the hearing, Judge Muhammad Bashir inquired what the High Court has done in this case. The NAB prosecutor replied that the case is pending before the court. Neither suspended the order nor issued any standing order, so the warrant should be issued and jailed. Actions should be directed to the Superintendent
The prosecutor said that when he will arrest after the warrant, he will be brought there for physical remand, the law allows 24 hours.If more need, they will apply to the court, the warrant is to be complied with, after which the rest of the steps will be taken, the accused have already been made to comply with the warrant in the jail. The court inquired what the official secret court has done? The prosecutor responded that he had allowed the warrant to be served, making the arrest necessary to investigate and complete the investigation. On this, the court ordered the Superintendent of Adiala Jail to take steps to comply with the arrest warrant as per the law.
