Islamabad: Justice Muzahir Ali Akbar Naqvi on Monday challenged action of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC).
The Supreme Court (SC) Judge has approached the SC against action of the SJC.
Justice Muzahir Naqvi has insisted the SC in the petition to end the action of the SJC. He also insisted the top court to declare received notice of next action of the SJC illegal.
Supreme Judicial Council meeting to be held today
The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) meeting will be held toay in the chair of Chief Justice (CJ) Qazi Faez Esa.
The meeting will review petitions against Justice Muzahir Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Tariq Masood.
The SJC has issued a show-cause notice to Justice Muzahir Ali Akbar Naqvi. The huddle will also consider objections of Justice Muzahir Ali Akbar Naqvi.
