JHELUM: The Election Tribunal of Jhelum has disqualified Hiba Fawad for election from Jhelum Provincial constituency
According to the detail, the Election Tribunal upheld the objections filed against Fawad Chaudhry’s wife Hiba Chaudhry, 3 foreign trips and 9 bank accounts of Haba Chaudhry came out, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) found her foreign assets. Tours and State Bank submitted records of accounts.
Hiba Fawad Chaudhry didn’t disclosed the record about three foreign tours and nine bank accounts. Hiba Chaudhry hide bank accounts and foreign visits, Fawad Chaudhry has also been summoned as his documents were rejected and disqualified, the decree of Fawad Chaudhry’s NA 60 and 61 approved papers has also been withdrawn
The Election Tribunal said that Fawad Chaudhry has hidden his wife’s bank account assets and foreign trips in the documents, why should not Fawad Chaudhry also be disqualified for hiding facts.
It should be remembered that Fawad Chaudhry’s wife Hiba Fawad also submitted her nomination papers for PP 26.
