PESHAWAR: President Dr. Arif Alvi has extended the tenure of three additional judges of Peshawar High Court.
President Arif Alvi extended the tenure of Peshawar High Court additional judges including additional judge Justice Fazal Subhan, Shahid Khan and Dr. Khurshid Iqbal. According to the declaration, the extension of the period will be applied from January 18 until the appointment by the Judicial Commission of Pakistan. The President extended the period under Article 197 of the Constitution
