Karachi: Jamat-e-Islami Karachi Ameer Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman on Sunday announced its manifesto for the upcoming general elections.
Addressing a presser along with the JI candidates for the elections February 8, 2024, the JI Karachi Ameer said that those who were given Karachi’s mandate in the last 35 years they destroyed the city .
Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman claimed that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) stabbed in the back of Karachiites.
He said that the duo decrease the population of the city adding that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and MQM-P reduced Karachi share in Provincial Finance Commission (PFC).
Hafiz Naeem said that our manifest is of actually belongs to youth of Karachi, our mothers and sisters.
He said that through implementation of the our manifesto will fix Karachi infrastructure and industrial institutions and also fix economy of Karachi.
The JI Karachi Ameer said that when Karachi will develop then the country will also progress. He said that our first point in the manifest is to of correct the numbers of Karachi population. He said that when the JI will come to power we will correct population of the city.
There is no such conditions in the city that provide employment to youth adding that we will provide at all level free Information Technology education to youth. We will establish skill development institutions, he said.
He said that Karachi is faced with the worst situation of the gas shortage as the city mothers, sisters are cursing the rulers over the worst load-shedding of gas.We will ensure gas provision, he said.
He said that coming to power we will revise license of the evil alliance of NEPRA and K-electric. We will approach a court over provision of license to the K-electric for 20 years.
He said that the health situation in the city is detoriated adding that we have health budge but all the budget go to the corruption.
He said that it is right of people of Karachi to get a health card.
Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman said that Karachi part has not been given in the PFC award adding that owing to the PPP and MQM-P its share in PFC has decreased.
He said that we will give women part in the heir-ship at all cost adding that those bureaucrat, any government officer if not given part to their mother and sisters in heir-ship will not be remained on his seat.
