Rawalpindi: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday hearing the petition of the former premier wife Bushra Bibi to shift her to Adyala jail issued notices to all the respondents and sought respond on February 22.
The IHC Judge Mian Gul Hassan Aurnagzaib heard the Bushra Bibi petition to transfer her to Adyala jail from her Bani Gala residence.
The petitioner counsel Usman Gill appeared before the court. Usman Gill said that an accountability court sentenced her client 14 years jail in the toshakhana reference.
At the day of judgement, when Bushra Bibi reached the Adyala jail the authorities apprised her that you have been prisoned at Adyala jail, later his client was informed that you have been shifted to her Bani Gala residence declaring it as a sub-jail.
He insisted the court to annul chief commissioner notification for her transfer to Bani Gala declaring it as a sub-jail.
He prayed to court issuing an order to send her client in the Adyala jail. The court issuing notices to all the respondents and seek respond on February 22.
