ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission has issued a notification on reserved seats for women and minorities in Punjab and Sindh
اIn the list of successful candidates for specific seats in the Punjab Assembly, thirty-six candidates of the Muslim League-N were declared successful, three candidates of the PPP, two candidates of the Muslim League-Q were successful.
One candidate of Estehkam Pakistan Party (IPP) was also successful on specific seats from Punjab. Five candidates of Muslim League-N were declared successful on minority seats. While issuing the notification of 27 reserved seats for women in the Sindh Assembly, 20 seats have been allotted to PPP, six seats to MQM Pakistan and one seat to GDA. The notification of two seats for women in the Sindh Assembly has not been issued
