Karachi/Lahore: Punjab and Sindh Assemblies will elect new Chief Ministers at their session today (Monday).
In Punjab, PML-N’s Maryam Nawaz and Sunni Ittehad Council’s Rana Aftab are the nominees for the slot. Both the parties candidates have filed their nominations papers.
In Sindh, Pakistan Peoples Party has nominated former Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah once again for the slot of Chief Minister.
On the other hand, MQM has nominated Ali Khursheedi for the position.
