ISLAMABAD: Defense Minister Khawja Asif has said that trade relation with India can be restored if India show flexibility on Kashmir.
While speaking to a private TV Talk Show he said that neither Pakistan nor India will start trade until elections are held in India.
Khawja Asif talking about the Iran-Israel conflict, Khawaja Asif said that an independent country's embassy was attacked by Israel, and a senior military officer of Iran was martyred in this attack.
He said that Iran has the right to retaliate, after the attack on the Iranian embassy, it was expected that Iran would retaliate, whatever is happening to Iran is because of standing with Palestine.
Khawaja Asif said that Iran's attack on Israel was a symbolic reaction and a false attack, as a result of which Iran got information about Israel's defense facilities and mapping of the entire Israel, Israel retaliated against Iran. So Israel will suffer a lot.
He said that the effects of this war will impact all over the world, the big countries that are supporting Israel, this fire will also engulf them, the effects of this war will also affect Pakistan.
The Defense Minister said that Pakistan stands with the Palestinians, Pakistan prays for the freedom of Palestine and supports them, we do not want the tension to increase, but the killings in Palestine must stop. Khawaja Asif said that there is no pressure on Pakistan to recognize Israel.
